How long does shipping take?
Original artwork: it will be packaged and shipped to you within 7-10 days after you've made your purchase.
Fine Art Print and Canvas Print: it will be packaged and shipped to you 5 days after you've made your purchase.
Shipping times are up to the carrier. If a package is late or delayed, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier.
Can I return the order?
Original artwork: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To start a return, you can contact us at cathycat.art@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Jephtastraat 55-6, 1055JS Amsterdam, Netherlands. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Fine art Print and Canvas Print: No refund possible unfortunately. Your satisfaction is my priority so your item so if it arrives damaged please contact me and I will assure a replacement.

How does the painting look like in my space?
I understand that you want to make the right choice before your purchase. I'd be happy to assist you! Send me an email cathycat.art@gmail.com with a picture of your wall in your living room, bedroom or the space you want. I will send you a picture back with the painting in your wall.
Do you commission artwork?
Are you looking for a specific work of art, for yourself and/or for someone else?
I am happy to help you with a work of art that suits you exactly, by creating a unique piece that is memorable and truly yours.
What's the difference between open and limited edition Prints?
Open edition prints have no limit on the number of copies produced, making them widely available and budget friendly.
Limited edition prints are more exclusive as they have a restricted quantity and have more value.
They also come with a Certificate of Authentication which is signed and numbered by yours truly!
Do you offer framing?
Unfortunately, I don't offer framing. The customer can find framing on various websites like art supplies shop depending where he/she lives.
Can I visit your studio?
Absolutely, I work from my art studio located in Amsterdam, Netherlands. I will do a art tour studio, with a chat, coffee or tea. I'm always open to meet new collectors!
