Packaging

All orders are carefully packed and processed by me in the studio. When you buy a beautiful work of art from me, your satisfaction and experience are very important to me. If you have any questions about your purchase, please send me an email at hello@cathycat-art.com

Original artwork will be packaged and shipped to you within 7-10 business days after you've made your purchase.

Fine art print and canvas print will be packaged and shipped to you within 5 business days after you've made your purchase.

I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.

 

Returns

Original artwork: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.To start a return, you can contact us at cathycat.art@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Jephtastraat 55-6, 1055JS Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Fine art print and canvas print: No return unfortunately. Your satisfaction is my priority so your item so if it arrives damaged please contact me and I will assure a replacement. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
